I am not going to call out any other golf programs out there. Truth is. There are some good ones and some pretty terrible ones too...

Which leads us to the question.

Why the f*** should I train for golf with loudoutcome?

Reason one.

Too many golf conditioning programs break one principle of training.

The result? Either little or no improvement in performance or worse still, a decrease in performance or actual injury. Yehhh nah thanks.

Then there is how loudoutcome does it.

We look at golf training based upon the Mobility & Stability - Strength - Power progression, allowing you as the golfer to condition for the game in a manner that is optimal for performance.

Creating building blocks like this is slow. I agree.

However getting injured, recovering, rehabbing then going through training again is even slower. 🤷‍♂️

Reason two.

It should come as no surprise that a human being isn't universal.

This means you following the same program I follow might not work the way we want it to work.

How does loudoutcome fix this?

In-person 1on1 training is the best way to fix this. Facts.

Having you in front of me making changes as we see is the tried and true method to faster progression.

However, you don't all live in Finland or can travel to the sunny Island of Laajasalo.

Hello, Online coaching. 👋

With online coaching, we have weekly or Bi-weekly catch-ups to go through your program and make adjustments.

I know your next question: Can we have this catch-up whilst playing?

Ummm YEH. 100% yeh. Simulator, range, or course. Let's do it.

I'm pumped to have you on board as a new client!

Fill out this form and I will be in touch.
